	It is twin bedded with the option to sleep a further two people and has a fully fitted kitchen area and shower room. The property is fully heated and has it's own T.V./video, small library and board games.
It is situated in a quiet location in the middle of the welsh hills and enjoys stunning views over the Clwydian Range.
	There is off road parking and you are free to use the extensive patio areas in the grounds to relax and enjoy the views.

NEW for 2004 broadband internet access is available from the lodge 24/7. Bring along your p.c. we will pop a gadget into it's usb port install a bit of software and away you go. There will be a minimal charge of £5 per week for this service.

From the lodge it's just one hour to the Snowdonia national park, 30 minutes to Chester, 40 minutes to Liverpool and one hour to Manchester Airport.
